Two weeks ago, an older employee told me that she was required to wear a mask when I came into the shop with a scarf over my face. The day before yesterday she was standing behind the counter with three other employees without a mask! Insolence that such unfriendly employees work there!

The red-haired saleswoman is very unfriendly and discriminatory. You are only approached abruptly, you have to put on a mask otherwise you will not be served. Funny that this has not been a problem in exactly the same business for the last few weeks with my medical certificate. It can't be that one with health problems, cannot be heard by the saleswoman and is discriminated against and put down.
